Users can cancel the booking that is still pending or already accepted by the Service Provider by contactin customer service of Touchandgonow.
If a pending order is canceled, the hold on the card will be canceled automatically within 7 days.
If the cancellation of an accepted order occurs up to 72 hours before the first day of the rental period, users will receive a refund of the total amount of the payment, with the exception of the cost of the Touchandgonow service (15%). To this respect, the Users expressly acknowledge that with the booking of the Equipment and Services, the service provided by Touchandgonow shall be considered as fully completed. Therefore, only with respect to the service fee of Touchandgonow, the Users shall not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
In the event that Users request cancellation within 72 hours before delivery or if they are not present at the time of delivery, they will be charged the full amount.
Cancellations cannot be refunded if the first day of the rental is within the next 72 hours.
Orders cannot be subject to partial cancellation. If the User wishes to cancel a part of the order, he must first cancel the order up to 72 hours before the delivery date. Users will receive a full refund, except for the Touchandgonow service fee for the order. In this case, users can only place another order with the desired items on the Touchandgonow platform.
